Welcome to the privacy policy for The Crooked Spoon. We value your privacy, mostly because we don't have the time or energy to do anything weird with your data.
1. What data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily give us. For example:
- Contact form submissions: If you send us a message via the website, we get your name, email address, and whatever you typed. We use this solely to reply to you.
- Phone calls: If you call us to ask if we have any kimchi toasties left, we might see your phone number. We don't save it unless you ask us to put a sandwich aside for you.
2. Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics services that spy on your browsing habits. We use standard browser local storage solely to remember if you prefer the website in Light Mode or Dark Mode. That is it.
3. Who we share your data with
No one. We don't sell email lists, and we don't share your contact details with third-party marketing companies. Nia handles all emails herself. The only time anyone else would see your email is if our mail provider forces us to look at a system log to figure out why an email bounced.
4. Your rights
If you want us to delete any emails you've sent us, just send an email to hello@thecrookedspoon.example with the subject line "Delete my details," and Nia will delete them from the inbox. Simple as that.
