By using this website or purchasing food from The Crooked Spoon in Manchester, you agree to comply with the following simple guidelines.
1. Availability of goods
We bake bread and buy fresh ingredients every morning. Because we are a tiny operation, when we run out of an item, it is marked as sold out and is no longer available. We make no guarantee that any particular toastie or soup will be available at any given time, especially if you arrive after 1:00 PM.
2. Dine-in seating
We have a very small counter space with exactly four wooden stools. Seating is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. If all stools are occupied, you are welcome to eat your sandwich standing in the yard or take it to go. Squeezing a fifth stool in is physically impossible and trips the fire safety rules.
3. Behaviour in Marsden Yard
Marsden Yard is shared with several other local businesses and residents. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping the noise level reasonable and throwing away your sandwich wrappers and coffee cups in our bins, not on the ground.
4. Website Accuracy
While we update this website regularly, the menus shown are examples of what we make. The exact soup or toastie recipes may change without notice based on market ingredients. If you are traveling far specifically for a particular sandwich, we recommend calling us first to make sure it's on the board.
